Aces will face Lions, who finished second in the coastal stream of the NFD, behind Vasco da Gama who has since earned their passage through to the Absa Premiership.
Although the Premier Soccer League is still to confirm the venues, AmaZayoni are likely to take the match to either Ackerville or the usual first preference home base, Pumas Rugby Stadium.
The club which wins after these two-legged play-offs will go on to face the winner between African Warriors and Black Leopards. They face each other in the second play-off in Limpopo on the same day (March 17).
