The highly experienced Seema has fitted in well at Aces and gives his views on the upcoming season.
This season is going to be the toughest yet in the Premiere Soccer League. For that Amazayoni are well prepared this time around.

The acquisition of central defender Lehlohonolo Seema shows the seriousness of the team this year. And the former Orlando Pirates captain says he is happy to be part of Amazayoni.

Seema spoke to blackaces.co.za about the challenges facing his new team this season.

"I am very happy to be here and I was well received by the team’s management including the players. The vibe in team is good as players are hard at work preparing for the new season," said Seema.

"Adapting to the new style of play won’t be hard for me as I am a professional and whatever the coach asks of me, I will do. I do not expect to walk into the starting line up hence I am prepared to work hard like every other player," says Lesotho international.

"It’s not going to be easy for me but I am happy to work for the team. All the players are generally working hard and also the coach is working on new combinations which we hope will help the team to succeed," he says.

Amazayoni are building a strong team this season and Seema is aware of the competition in the league. "All the teams are signing good players and this shows what we are up against this season."

The 30 year old defender signed a one year loan deal with the Amazayoni. He first signed for Bloemfontein Celtic in 1998/99 season before he went on to join Pirates in 2006.

Seema brings with him experience of having played 176 matches in the PSL for both Celtic and Pirates. He played 23 times for Lesotho national squad - Likuena (Crocodiles). His wish is to play for his new club in the Telkom Charity Cup.

"Playing in the Telkom Charity Cup will be a blessing for me and the team. So to all the supporters, please continue to vote for the team so that we become part of this wonderful tournament,".
