Coaches Corner:
Black Aces dominated possession from beginning to end with the holding midfielders Mikey and Leo working very hard in both attack and defence. They controlled the game and were able to switch play very well.
We were caught twice with the long ball over the top and both goals conceded were one-on-ones with Alexi. In fact Alexi only touched the ball about 5 or 6 times and two of them was to pick the ball out of the net.
Loizo scored the first goal, Liam’s 2nd was a well taken goal beating the keeper at the near post after a good pass from Mikey. Kimon who came on at half time scored the third and I always knew that he would get one.

Coaches Corner:
A well deserved win with Black Aces who dominated most of the game in the midfield which resulted in two well deserved goals. The team is starting to play to their abilities and this win showed the potential of the tea.

Coaches Corner:
Good game of football to watch with a well organized Black Aces team playing against one of the top teams in their age group. The team looked well organized and kept their shape, resulting in possession and territory domination. Our lads showed character coming back after conceding a goal via a penalty (hand bal)l which was converted by Wits. The team created a lot of good chances which unfortunately did not result in goals. The atmosphere is good in the team and we look forward to the next game.
